Hello, Happy New Year everyone and I'd like to introduce you to some new updates to my website!
One of the main enhancements is this blog page, where I'll be posting regular ramblings, video clips, pictures, insights, useful links plus anything else that inspires me and that I think fellow likeminded karate practitioners will find interesting.
As well as some other updates and image additions to a variety of pages, I've also added a free e-book on kata bunkai principles exclusively for new subscribers to my mailing list. Simply visit the home page and sign up for instant download - hope you enjoy the read!
Quite often, people have asked me to recommend good products, books, DVD's etc to help support their study of karate. I have a huge library at home that I've collected over the years, so I thought it would be useful to add a 'recommended' section on the website, that will be updated regularly and list selected products that I consider of quality. So if you're ready for some new inspiration or want to buy a good gift for someone, then be sure to check out this section first!
Another feature to be launched soon will be a growing collection of video tutorial downloads and e-courses, filmed from my own private dojo. These will feature topics such as kata & bunkai, hojo undo, makiwara training, core combative principles, attribute training, kettlebell lifting etc and they'll be available for instant download to your PC!
There's lots to keep an eye out for, so if you haven't already done so, make sure you sign up to my mailing list now for updates hot off the press!
OK, time to go now - here's to a fantastic 2013 and I'll speak again very soon!
